Activity Benchmarking Ltd has been providing specialist benchmarking services to the pharmaceutical industry since 1997.

It facilitates arguably the most difficult but most powerful of benchmarking techniques, namely collaborative benchmarking. This technique makes use of the pooling of information and data via an independent, objective third party, providing anonymity by means of coding, aggregation and stratification. Results and findings are only made available to participating companies who have provided input.

Wholly owned and managed by Drew Harrison and Richard Addy, we believe that Activity Benchmarking, through the good grace of our members, is uniquely placed to bring valuable context to their analysis and actions in optimizing their sales efforts. Our aim is to offer our members a competitive advantage through their willingness to collaborate, and to seek out further ways to maximize this advantage.
