Activity Benchmarking Ltd., in collaboration with FCS Consulting, runs Sales Motivation Index, This is The UK’s largest multi-company survey specifically designed to measure and benchmark the motivation levels of pharmaceutical sales representatives and first-line managers.
The survey runs twice per year, in March and September. Participating companies are able to define their own two-week window within those months, when the survey will be open to their representatives and managers.
The survey question set has been specifically designed for its relevance to those factors which have a consequent effect on activity levels. They fall in to the following areas:
