The anonymity of respondents is clearly key in this service, and Activity Benchmarking has a decade of experience in handling sensitive industry information. Within Sales Motivation Index, the results are processed by FCS Consulting. It is not possible for results to be tied to an individual by Activity Benchmarking, FCS or the participating company.

Actionable Outputs
SMI has been designed to give you clear visibility of your company’s strengths and weaknesses, as perceived by your sales force, but with the context and validation of cross-company benchmarking.

Customizable
The opportunity exists to add questions to each survey (although these will be for your company only, and will not be benchmarked); to analyse the results demographically; or to run further surveys to investigate identified issues of concern in more detail.
